I called to order a computer from Gateway and they referred me to this Loan Company (Paradigm Acceptance Company, LLC). I had spoken to a young lady name Martinez and gave her all my personal information, that was around June 27-30, exactly 30 minutes later I cancelled the order with Marteniz. But exactly 2 weeks later Paradigm took $98.00 from my savings account. I spoke to a young woman named Amy, Andrae, and Shanard, from Paradigm. I still have not received my $98.00 as of to date. And through Gateway I have spoken to Kevin, Kennth, Anvil, Cherise, Bernard, and just about every representative from customer service stationed out of an off in India. All I want is my $98.00 back and this is stealing in my books, there was no contract signed, no nothing done, except that I spoke to Martinez and ordered the computer and then cancelled it. Tired...
