On June 4th I recieved a call from Oxford Financial stating that I qualified for a credit card with a $2000 limit, and a one time fee of $249. I told them I could not afford it but was talked into it anyhow. They stated that it would help me rebuild my credit. OK so I said yes and on June 7th they took $249 from my account. It is now September 12th I just recieved my benefits package but no card.
I now have to fill out the application and pay another $40 and it isn't even a credit card it is a Debit Card. I then asked customer service which is also bunk they know absolutely nothing and it takes days to get through there busy lines and fake voicemail machines Why I paid $249 for a payment protection plan if I can't even use the card without first putting money into it. She simply gave me an address for Oxford Financial to write a letter to, but no phone number to reach anyone actually at Oxford Financial.
The only name I have from Oxford Financial is Patrick Norten and I don't even have a clue who he is I know I am just supposed to write him a letter hoping he will respond with the right answers. I have already waited around for a really long time for this and now it is not even what they said it was I am looking to get my money back and some kind of compensation for the time crap thank you and GOOD LUCK EVERYBODY!!
