I june I recieved a call from a man who was from oxford finical in new york he Informed me that I could get a credit card from them with three years no intrest and for a one time fee of $249.00. I informed this man over the telephone that I would like to do this but I did not have the money in my account at this time. He said thats ok you can take the money off the card and put it in your account when you get the card I never had a credit card before so I thought it was ok I said ok the man. He asked me my account information he said the money would not be taken off until I put the money was in the account I then gave him my information. I then Asked the man when I was going to get the card he said in 2 to 3 weeks I said ok three weeks later I never got the card So called and asked about it again they said the same thing again I then told them I did not want the card anymore They told me they sent it off alreay so I said ok About 2 weeks later I still did not get the card and I recieved some mail from my bank telling me my account had a balance of$249.00 that had to be paid so now I owe my bank $265.00 for this card that I have never seen before.
