I got a call from a man with Oxford Financial offering me an unsecured credit card with a $2000 credit limit for a one time fee of $249. He had all of my personal information sounded very legitimate. I authorized the one time fee. It has been two months and I have still received nothing, but the $249 was taken out of my account 2 months ago. I called my bank, but since the money is already gone I am not having much luck. I could not afford this payment when I approved it, but thought that getting this credit would really help me out. Now I am in a bad financial spot because of this and hope no one else gets caught in this same scam. I have tried calling Oxford financial to no avail. No one ever answers the phone. I strongly hope this company does not get away with taking advantage of people that are already a little down on their luck.
