2.in need of money (like a crack head that needs crack) or 3. You have money to waste. Let me tell you why, any time you are offered a credit card make sure it is coming from a bank where you can at least call and make sure that it is 4 real. And any time that you are suppose to send money just to receive money??? I mean common now its just common scense. These gerks just sent me something in the mail selling me the same dream that will never ever come true and i called everyone that i could think of who could put a stop to these rat bastards, because there is a large amount of slow people in this world that has got cought.
