Captial Choice Consumer Credit Scam!

Hi,
I have had credit problems in the past and have only recently been working to clean up my credit so i can get some additional credit in the future.

I had a week or so ago applied for a Capital one Card, and lo and behold, the day before i get the letter from Capital one i got a letter for approval of a 5,000 limit from these ppl. Immediately, it alarmed me i thought they had made a mistake because my credit i knew wasn't good enough for a 5,000 limit, so i was immediately suspicious.

I read the entire back of the letter and though hmm this does seem legit, but they spoke of dream points a bit more then i thought they should have.

I was still suspicious and though id sleep on it, well i got on today and got the real envelope from Captial One, that i had been expecting to receive and was approved for a secured card (this i had figured i would be approved for, i knew i would have to start small, so then the red flag went up again from the other one.

I logged in and from www.google.com just entered Captial Choice Consumer Credit... And WOW, I am amazed at the amount of people this so called company has scammed.

I just want to say Thanks alot, i had considered sending them $39 bucks and then hoping for the best, but when i seen the tons and tons of ppl that got scammed by these pieces of shit, it really pissed me off. It is bad enough that i have had bad credit and have been trying hard to clean it up, without these bastards twisting the sword in my side making me feel absolutely stupid.

I thank you guys that did get scammed for reporting this, so that others like myself didn't fall victim to this fraud.

Obviously these bastards have some affiliation with Capital One because i had only only applied to Capital One last week and got this the day before i got the REAL credit application back.

They must be buying lists or something from Capital one... This i don't know, i am only assuming, how else is it that they sent it too me less then 1 day before i received the actual credit application from Captial ONE!
