Ripoff, non-existent customer service, bullying, asked to give blood to make payments

Daughter purchased car from Sunset Motors of Puyallup, My name was added as a check signer not a co-signer.
My daughter has never been late with a pauyment in the 5 years she has had the car. Originally financed thru Mercury Finance company who was bought out by Consumer Portfolio.

We have been harrassed by phone calls at least 12 times a day if the payment doesn't reach CPS by the first day of the month. The payment is not due until the 20th.
CPS has gone so far as to tell my daughter she needs to give blood to make her payment. She has been called a bad mother and trailer trash, just to name a few.

I refinanced my house and somehow they got ahold of my information and got in the deal for a payoff of the car. My daughter owed $511.94. They quoted a payoff of $1,666.00 of which no one seems to know why. I am expecting a check from them for the balance due me.

I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. CPS has a F rating with the BBB. They, CPS, tried for a week to get a hold of me. I finally called them and Chicago says Irvine doesn't know what they are doing. To only contact Chicago. We shall see what happens. I have called them everyday, at least 4 times a day, asking where my refund and title are. Maybe I should call them 12 times and ask them to give blood.
