Became a business owner/rep for this direct sales company in Aug 05. Sold approximately 4 items, however, was not paid commission until January 06 and that was only on 3 items.in Jan 06 I was recruited to work as a Corp Employee from home based on profit sharing of orders that come in. I learned at that point that the commissions owner offers is not the full 40% as led to believe it is 40% of the PROFIT or mark up of the item—meaning if you sell a collar from NAS for $5.00 NAS marked it up $2.50 so you only receive commission on the $2.50!
Up until March 06 the company received only 4 more in sales due to the outrageous mark ups of the products, however, I still did not receive MY commissions as stated I would as of March 10th. I quit. I am not the only one not to receive their commissions.
Be careful of this sham of a company! You will not be paid unless you badger the owner for months on end and then she will turn around and make YOU look like the bad guy. NAS touts helping people work from home, promoting shelters they help etc and they DO NOT do that! Dont believe all her hype—I have been in the 'back' and know what really goes on! Also site claims a BBB affiliation and they are NOT! It is a company fraud, lies, and misleadings!
