I don't even know where to begin with this, but to keep it fairly short, here is my story.
This Company called "The Wall Street Underground" is headed by a man called "Nick G& somehting. This Co. Is a total scam, and i have been trying to get our 5,000 dollar fee back from them for so long, it's totally crazy. I signed nothing, but did this proceedure over the phone, so, therefore, this alone caused me much trouble. Called & called them over & over, each time getting somebody else on phone, each time, them telling me they were transferring me to "England" to their Co. Over there. I would be helped much better. All lies naturally.
I called the BBB about 2 months ago, to find out about them, and it seems that this man named, "Ray Buckley" from the consumers Affairs Dept. Told me they know very well of this organization and so does the FBI... And they can not get even the FBI to do anything about these people who are taking people over, right & left.
He filed my complaint, said " at least it is one more name on the list againt this organ. And this Nick, who is suppose to be the head of it. Anway, i have been called by them, (wall st. Underground)- from different locations, to get me to sign up again, (for extended time, with no money from us)... Said, NO NO i want my money, and again, you get pushed to somebody else.
I came upon this site, and am writing to you, with hope that something can be done about this, since we called them within the time frame they gave to get back our $5,000.00, easy 6 to 7 times over the last yr. And nothing but lies & more lies from them.
They just keep pushing your buttons, and making you want to scream, which i did do the last time i talked to one of their idiots. They then knocked us off the site completely, and shut down the pager, within minutes, when i said, i was going to contact my state rep. About them, or find out who to call to get to them, & was going to call the BBB, for starts... That did it. Got a smart answer back, a hang up, and that was that. If anything can be done to stop this horrible organization that it seems nobody can do anything about... WHY???
How can this be that even the FBI is involved and cannot STOP this??? What is the BBB doing? Please add my name to list of all others they have been "taken".. And maybe it will help somebody soon. To stop them.
If anyone can post some answers and tell me who to contact to maybe be able to get our money back, it would be so greatly appreciated... We also, like so many others, were stupid enough to be taken in by his letters, & very well thought out words... So, anything that can be done to help us, anything, please write back to me, Thank you for this site, & letting me at least feel like i have gotten somewhere with this horrible situtation...
