There wasn't any mention of the amount deducted from my checking. I cancelled before the amount was deducted, but the very rude sales rep, Chris, did not cancel the account and the amount was deducted. He was very, very upset that I was cancelling and became rude, so I guess the payback was not cancelling the account at that time.
I called for a refund. I was told a refund form would be sent and to complete, send it back and I would receive a refund. I had to call 3 times, before this form was sent. When I sent the form back with all the information they requested.
The next letter I received informed me that after a thorough review, that no credit is due. I called again and asked what this letter meant. This person, Howard ID#225, said the next step was to write another letter to the executive council and explain the situation to them. According to Howard, they would probably be more receptive my situation and refund the money.
I had called 6 times to get some satisfaction and each time given some excuse. I'll try the last letter and see what happens.
