Paul Eckert, Tom Kent (the lawyer) Paul Eckert, President of the company Bruce Chamberlin, Executive Vice President of the company, Mitch Kale, Vice President John Harte, Are con artists that are broke and are a traveling dog and pny show. I paid over $250,000 for a master franchhise and learned that Eckert used the money for a lavish wedding for his daughter! They misrepresnt that they buy check cashing stores to all but they try to convert them to franchises.
They were fired by United Check cashing for fraud! They claim they have technology bbut this is old technology they stole from some company in Canada. An X franchisee told me that they settled with Cash Now and terms of the settlement is that they can not offer payday loans. Cash Now refuses to elaborate but the court dockets prove it!
I wrote to them many times for a refund as this is all the money in the world to me. They ignore calls and e mails! They are con artists and fraud!
Stay away from this franchise!
Their UFOC does not show any involvement with Cash Now and the fraud. Over 40 franchisees lost their life savings with Neibourhood Financial Centres so now its Family Financial Centres?

INTERPRETATION This means:
We take your cash and build a business on your back and rip everyone off! We hide the truth and we do not disclose anything in the UFOC. When the heat is too high we simply change our name fo somethhing else!
They ripped off 2 previous employers (United and Cash Now) and now started 2 different franchises WITH MY CASH! My State Attorney is looking into this and told me not to tip them off but this is NOT a tip off YOU KNOW YOU ARE THIEFS!!
