Rip off, indeed

When i received my $15,000 guaranteed, 0% interest for one year, i was so excited i wrote out my check for $37 and was ready to mail it. Then i looked at the certificate; nowhere on the certificate did it say visa or mastercard. This was not a credit card. The best it could be was a $15,000 line that could only be used if you purchased something from them, i'm sure at exhorbitant prices. I did not wish to be scammed as this offer looked too good to be true. Who wouldn't want a $15,000 credit card with no interest for one year? I am able to get $50,000 from my bank creditline at 5.5%, and it comes off my taxes at the end of the year. So, i did not send in my check.instead, i went online and found these reports on people who got scammed. I saved my $37. If it looks too good to be true, it usually is.
