Not legit to say the least

I recieved a letter today telling me i was approved for 15,000 and a great percentage rate, 12 mo no interest. There was no phone number on the mailing, so i looked it up on the net. I found the number on another usacomplaints.com and called. They have a number with options and so on, but they say "due to high call volume, we can only help currant card holders" they give you a fax# and ask you to mail your questions or fax them. I am going to fax them and see what this is about, you should toooooo.
