Ripoff, fraud

This is a letter that was sent to me saying "URGENT - APPROVED". It gives me a credit purchase limit of 6,500. The credit issuer: CCA. Cash on demand approved: yes. Approval number 227 300 889 042.inTEREST RATE: NONE. When I call they ask for the confirmation number and the card number also they have an answering machine there's no one avilable to talk with.
