I recieved an offer to sign up for a Northwest Airlines WorldPerks Visa from US Bank. The letter stated that I would receive 17,500 Bonus miles. I applied online and received only 3000 Bonus miles. I tried to call their customer service and only got the runaround and fraudulent lip service. I sent several e-mails and was told that a customer service rep would contact me. I never heard from a rep. This is fraud pure and simple - Please avoid doing business with this corrupt and dishonest bank. They do not honor their advertising.
