About two months ago, I was contacted by Christopher Thomas, X502 and was told about this amazing offer that I had been selected to participate in. I was told that for a one-time only fee of $319.00, I would received a GUARENTEED credit card for $1,500.00! Well, being in the situation I am in now (just having a baby and wanting to repair my credit) I decided that why not! The deal was, I was going to pay the fee and then 15-30 days later I would receive a packed of information that I needed to fill out and send back. After that, I would get my credit card in approximately 7-10 days.
Well, a few days later, my account was debited for the $319.00 and I was waiting the month for my packet of information that I finally received.
I took one look at the packet and realized that I had gotten myself into a big mess. These very unprofessional forms were forms that I could sit down and make up on any computer!!! Well, I freaked out and decided to call them. I spoke with the amazing Danielle that everyone has had to deal with that was completely rude and unprofessional.
So, I mailed back the form and have called daily since then. First, they said that they never received the form. Then, I was told it was in their shipping and receiving department. Then, I was told that they still didn't receive it and that if I didn't re-send the copies I made, I would be out the money I spent and the credit card. I have talked to Danielle who has lied and said she was also Lisa to "see what lies I was spreading about her, " and was told that they would not do anything for me and that I would not get anything until they received the information packed.
I overnighted the packet and have a signature of someone that signed for it BOTH times I sent it - to which Danielle says that that person doesn't work there. I was told that there are both a SUITE 107 and a #107 in the same building and that it must have gone to the wrong place. I have been told soooooooo much more and just finally got sick of it after they telling me that some security guard signed for the package and they are investigating it!
Well, I finally got sick of it and filed a complaint with the better business bureau! I know this sight does not like the BBB but it worked for me. So, if you can do anything... PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE file a complaint with the BBB. It will be worth your time.
Finally, I would like to say that anyone that has filed a complaint with the BBB, or has any more information about this company or is interested in all the documentation that I have or anything else! Please contact me!!! I think what these people have done is completely wrong and I am $319.00 broke now because of it. These people have taken food right out of my son's mouth - the way I look at it!
