Ameriquest Mortgage driving us into foreclosure with unresponsive/incompentent customer service! Our good faith attempts to meet our debts were serviced with unreturned telephone calls, misleading information, and clerical "errors" resulting in our account being recorded as delinquent. Payments made but not accepted, Check by phone refused, another check by phone entered for hundreds of dollars more than payment required. More.
It is our sincere desire to make our payments, but the policies of Ameriquest seem designed to make this impossible!
We believe this shoddy servicing of our account is deliberate strategy on the part of Ameriquest in order to foreclose on our property. My reading on consumer complaints and other research confirms my suspicions.
