Froze account with no notice, no one would talk to me

I have used this bank for several years and suddenly on Friday June 1st they decided to freeze my account leaving me pennyless and no one at UCCU could tell me anything. No one tried to contact me by mail, phone, or even talk to my wife when she was there the day before.

Friday night we tried to use our cards and they came up Lost/Stolen. Then I went to the bank to withdraw money and all they could say is sorry it's frozen, come in Tuesday, no one knows what is going on untill then.

What am I supposed to do? I have bills to pay my cars need gas, could they not have at least called and let me know instead of making me wait 5 days to even find out what is going on. What kind of customer service is this? How is it even legal to do this?

I might understand if I had tons of debt with them that I would not pay and they have tried to work it out with us, but they have NEVER tried to contact us, and I dont have much debt with them anyways. I always pay it every month, in fact it is an auto withdraw from my account to them for payment. Is there any advice out there or anything I can do?
