These people are in DISPUTE and violated the fair credit act and fair credit collections acts, and is GUILTY OF CEASE AND DESIT LAWS.
They can be sued again cause i told them to xease and desist and they email me send me letters in the mail and call and hang up. U can pull any phone records since they use a 800 system to prove they harass and hang up, not only that i sent them a letter to totally cease and desist not only in writing but telephone. They decided to not do the phone but not the writing so they send letters every week and email which does violate the cease and desist laws.
