I became a client of USCM two years ago after checking them out with the Better Business Bureau. They seemed very courteous and helpful. I was confident they would solve my credit problems.
Then about 2 months ago I had to contact them with new banking information as I was moving and needed them to electronically with draw their funds from a new bank. I called them several times but was unable to reach a real person. I left messages with my new phone number.
I had to pay a fee twice at my old bank to stop them from withdrawing the funds. I have sent a fax to them asking them to contact me, but I have received no response.
I have received several threatening letters from lawyers for one of the charge card companies I had given over to USCM. This morning I received a notice from the sherrifs office to inform me I have to appear in court within 20 days or suffer prosecution.
I feel abused and violated by USCM. They took my money and did nothing to keep me from being threatened. I am suffering a lot of anxiety because of this. I am also very fearful about having to appear in court. If USCM had done what they said they would do, I would not be feeling like this. I really have no idea what will happen to me.
