We checked USCM out before have them take over our credit cards. They promised to pay all 5 cards off for $25,108.82. We Paid them a total of $27,388.00. We have paid lawyer and court costs of $1,500.00 or more.
We had to refinace our home with a loan that is bad, but that was all we could do with our bad credit the we now have. We pay $870.00 each month on a interest only loan. We are loosing $10,000.00 a year. And in 4 more years we will have to pay the ballance of $66,000.00. We are not sure how we are going to do this yet.
We also payed the 4 out of the 5 crdit cards more then what we owed them in 2003.in the amount of $15,000.00 more.
We were promised that our credit cards would be paid off and our credit would be restored back to good. We are out over $53,888.00.
This has put us in the worst thing in our lives. We have 6 kids and now are just trying to get by.
We will try to get some of our money back in the bankruptcy court, but am sure that it won't be what we lost.
