Ripoff This Company has not reported to me after four years of this debt and I haven't recieved anything from A T & T

This company has sent mail saying that I owe A T&T money after four years of not hearing from A T&T. So I have no proof that I owe this money to A T&T. I have recieved plenty of mail from them though saying that I owe them money.
