I was promised a $2000.00 unsecured mastercard w / a 0% APR. All I needed was to pay one time fee of 249.95, which was taken out of my bank account. They make all these promises and when they go through the deal on the phone and record it, they record you saying your bank account info. And at the end of it they tell you your "benefits package" is on the way in 5 weeks. BENEFITS PACKAGE??? Thats NOT what you just said ok to. But they have your cash and recorded you saying "yes" to approving the withdrawl. And then change EVERYTHING.
8 weeks of calling and leaving messages on their answering machine got me nowhere. No card, no package, NOTHING. I needed that card so I could fix my teeth. I gave them the last $250 I had at the time and struggled for weeks waiting for that card so I could get to western dental and keep my teeth. Now???
I finally got a hold of some guy named "Vince" at the "were only a call center". But vince had no prblem replaying my recoreded "yes" to me and told me that there was nothing I could do. "What do you think about that Mr. Marx?" was his EXACT words!
I'm screwwd!!! I cannot believe that people can do this and get away with it!!! It was beyond a scam. They truly truly have made me feel hopeless!!! And my teeth? Still cracked. And my $249.95?? In some rich, scam artists bank account!!! God forgive all you people. It's beyond me how they can sleep at night.
