I decided to check my credit report one day and I found that I has a collection from a Calvary Portfolio Serivce. They were the collectors on a sprint bill. This acct is not mine. Because I am active duty military stationed in guam I am not able to contact the directly. So I had my mom call for me. When she called and gave them the acct number that I was given it showed up under a totally different name. This company will not contact me or give me a way to contact them they pawned it off by telling me to call some hotline. Which turns out to be An FBI tipe line. What do I do
