Here is my experience with Bank One / Chase
1) The company is evil. Those who make credit policy there are jerks
2) Agents claim to be powerless to change decisions, yet arrogant enough to say they are not robots as in the company rebuttal. They are indeed robots, so much so that they do not even know it.
3) Under cover of Check 21, they hike interest rates to the legal max while continuing to invite the same 'offenders' to borrow more. This is immoral.
4) They prey on those in need, then feed off them like vampires.
