Ripoff, sold me a story to convince me to keep card

I phoned USA Credit immediately after receiving my card realizing it wasn't what I thought it was. I had been sold on the fact it was a credit card. The person I spoke to told me that I had thirty days to try it and that it would help me to reestablish my credit and she would reimburse me for the premium services. I agreed.

Soon after, I placed an order for a stereo using the $140 coupon they issue with the card. A long time after, I finally received a call saying that they don't accept the coupon on first orders and that I would need to remit the difference of $157.65 if I wanted the item. I did so.

Finally, after several inquiries into the status of my order, on April 5 exactly, USA wrote to tell me they no longer carry the item I ordered. They should have told me this when they requested the additional funds.

I phoned immediately and requested a refund of purchase price of the item I ordered plus the money I paid for the card, idicating I no longer wanted the card. They again stated they had already reported me to the credit bureau, trying to convince me once again to keep this card. They would only refund the purchase of the stereo of $157.65 which they did but never returned my coupon.
