Ripoff misleading discount coupon, when using a credit card they offer free coupon you except, they submit your account to Wil Resevation Rewards and bill your card $9.00 monthly

I ordered a item from e-cost paid with my credit card and was offered a free coupon I said yes and they submitted my credit card account to a company called wilresevationrewards who billed me $9.00 monthly for coupons. When I contacted e-cost to correct the error they said I had agreed to the order and refused to refund my four months of membership. They are a ripoff and I would never order from e-cost again.
