Ripoff. Been charged for several months and haven't seen anything except money taken out of my bank account U.S.A

Have been charged for several months for some credit report and have never seen my credit report. No papers, no emails, just money taken out of my account. This needs to stop NOW!!! I'm tired of being charged for something and not seeing anything so justify why I'm being charged.
