Never performed services, 2 months later charging my credit card INTERNET

I used an internet credit report service to check my credit, to see if i would qualify for a car. Seeing it on tv at work, i thought it was legit. They NEVER sent me a credit report, never sent me any emails, held $10.00 against my account for a month, now 2 months later charged me $10.00. I never recieved anything from this company, and thier website does not show me how to stop my subscirption or stop whatever "service" they are performing. I do not want to be chared next month either.
