I thought I was applying for a credit card. Nothing at all indicated a fee of any kind.
The next day my bank checking account was charged with $159.
Upon calling the toll free number, Dan, manager, advised me that since I did not cancel within 3 days, there would be no refund.
I sent a complaint to the FTC and affidavits for my state attorney general and Florida's attorney general.
I filed a dispute at my bank and it may possibly be covered by their insurance.
