US Bank and its policies are a total rip off. They offer fraud protection but make you fill out forms and then reject their own paperwork. They squabble with the branch managers over which form to use for electronic check fraud and nothing covers your specific case. I was defrauded and they don't have any government form E or whatever. They won't let me have my money back from Majestic Benefits! They are ripping people off just look em up on usacomplaints.com
