Complaint / Review
First American Benefits Group
Ripoff, scam, Bank Fraud

I Notice Fraud activy own my bank account in April 12. It started with a phone call from this company call FAB said I will receive forms (snail) in the mail, to fill them out and return them and I would be charge $297. The forms were to collect government grant money, and all I had to do is wait for them to forward it to my checking account, which required a checking number.

But my understanding was that I would not be charge until the forms were fill out and return to them. About a week later no forms, so I call them, they said they will check and send them out, I never receive me any forms.

After that, I notice that my checking account was charge $297. When I call FAB (First American Benefits Group) they said they needed the money for processing fee.

I tried to call them several times, the last time I called they said there network or computer system was down and they were taking name from the people who wanted there money back or wanted the government grant. I was thinking someting not right about this, so I said I wanted my money back. The lady took my name and address and said it will be 90 days before I would receive my money. I have not receive anything money yet.

On Dec 20 I notice that they sent another check through my account for $299.00
I got there phone nunber off the check and call them, the lady said she would check into it and get back to me in 72 hours. I been 5 days I have not receive and call from them.

This need to be stopped!!!
