RJM ripoff, false collection account, false overdraft account, false credit reporting

I ordered a copy of my credit report and noticed that a company call RJM ACQ LLC was listed on my report as a collector of an overdraft on a bank account.

I have not had an account at that bank for several years AND I did not have an overdraft. Additionally, the report showed that the overdraft/account was opened in February.

KNOWING that I do not have an account at that bank AND knowing that I do not have ANY overdrafts, I filed a dispute with the credit agency. I also did a general internet search on the company because I wanted to contact them directly regarding this information. I wasn't surprised to find the disturbing information at consumer complaints.

This false reporting by RJM has made a huge impact on my credit score and I will not take this! I plan to sue them.
