Capitlal credit alliance no refund on money they've took - scam

First they tell me this was a ceridt card, its not. Then when i call them and tell them i wont no parts of this, they tell me to put it in writing or fax it, which is cool. I ask if i could get my money back being that i have not used thier services. I was told my money was none refundable, what type of - is this. I dont understand. To all who is reading dont fall for thier scam...
