ALLIANCE TITLE SERVICES contacted me to inform me that money was in escrow to purchase my time share in Mexico. I was to wire 10% in order to cover transfer fees and that would be reimbursed at closing. The closing date was set for july 18 and now ALLIANCE TITLE SERVICES has canceled the phone # and does not respond to emails.
