Lied to and ripped off by useless product!

I was contacted by Henry Williams saying I would recive a $5000 grant after I paid $219.95 for thier progam. I did recive the program but it has done absolutely nothing for me and when I try to contact someone to help me find a grant there is no response whats so ever.
