Ameriquest Mortgage is doing the wrong thing for the poor consumers that have been hurt by the fraudulant activities that Ameriquest might or may not condone but it's happening everyday and Corporate doesn't seem to be doing enough to stop the fraudulant and illegal loans that are devastating people's lives.
You in upper managment know what I am talking about. You can run for so long but you can't hide! In the end Ameriquest will be hurting and AE's Branch Mgrs, and area Mgrs. Will be prosecuted by the law. When the crap hits the fan, you owners of Ameriquest will blame everyone else for the wrong doing but not yourselves and that's wrong too.
What you need to do is have an internal watch dog who is experienced and answers to the presidents or thier lawyers only.in this way you can keep a close check on who is doing what and I mean from area Mgrs. To AE's. They then will be on the ball and very careful knowing that Big Brother is watching them. This will cut down drastically the wrong doings of Ameriquest.
Ameriquest, you know what goes on and you even read this great site on a daily basis, and you know who you are that is reading this board. I as a consumer will be willing to take the job for nothing just so that people that have been hurt know that something is being done about the problems they had, and future borrowers wouldn't have to worry as much, and the Area Mgrs. Branch Mgrs, and AE's would have to watch out because I wouldn't tolorate any wrong doings by anyone period! There will be a new Sheriff in town and I wouldn't be playing games but will be making sure your sinking ship Ameriquest stays afloat!
