This company ripped me off. They told me that i was approved for a grant of $12,000. I was very interested and agreed to give my info. After I gave them my bank account # they said that someone filing bankruptcy could not get a grant. I am in the middle of bankruptcy as I write this. I told them that and DEMANDED that they erase the info they had on me. They all were of some middle eastern decent and nobody spoke good english. They said ok and hung up with me. They also said that A letter would come in the mail with $100 in it (Cash)
I have rcvd a letter from them in the mail saying that my grant info should be coming shortly and that I can cancel it otherwise i will be charged $299.95 and that I have 7 days to cancel. I never got anything in the mail to review. There was no cash in the envelope of $100
After hanging up with me I recieved several more calls. Usually 4-5 calls DAILY with the same offer and i tried to explain to them and they would abruptly hang up on me in the middle of my saying that I am not eligable.
Well, 2 weeks later there is a $299.95 charge that went to my bank account with Wachovia. I didnt have any funds in my bank and I knew that... I am moving and planning on closing the account soon. So now there is a charge and a fee in the account for lack of funds. I have been calling the 800 number for First National Benifits trying to get someone on the phone for a week now and nobody answers i get a message that someone will be with me shortly.
Beware of this company! It is fraud and they will keep calling you!!!
