This Claim was made for water damage to our storage facility. It had all of our household possessions in it.
This company has been impossible to deal with or even to speak to. They are very rude on the phone, once you are finally able to get someone on the line. I have called every day for a week, leaving messages and was not called back, ever. The phone number goes right to voice mail with no chance to speak with a representative. They don't receive the fax's you have been asked to send to them.

They explain that they can take as long as they want on your claim. They require you to keep the wet moldy furniture. You must keep it in a storage unit, because it will ruin the house. Yet they do not care that you then are required to shell out money for this unit as long as they are dragging their feet. They will not give you any indication on how long it will take an adjuster to even look at you file. It has now been almost a week since they have received the pictures and paperwork and no one has looked at the file. They also will not give any estimates on how long the claim will take to come to a close.

My fianc / common law husband has given a faxed letter giving me full authority to handle this claim, because he works nights and it is my property that was damaged as well, yet they seem to not have received this fax. We do have proof of this fax going though and the time and date it was received. He has also given the verbal consent to allow me to make these decisions. After asking my name they rudely and disgustedly reply and who are you. They then will not speak to me because they claim they need consent, yet they have received consent twice. Every single individual i have spoken to has gone out of their way to be rude and extremely unhelpful. I feel through their inability to give me answers, their attitudes, and the fact that they are still receiving money from us and are unwilling to get the ball rolling, that this company may be frauding us. The manager of the storage facility is also coming across these same issues with other claims as well as ours.
