I really feel as if Ive been had I had the $249.00 processing fee pulled from my account on 3/7/05 was told I would recieve my $2,000.00 MasterCard with in 25 days, 25 days later no card I called the number for what turned out to be an answering service 1-866-202-5077 and was told 25 business days.
Ok waited 30 "business days" called again and was told that something was mailed on the 15th of April and I should recieve something within 10 days well I called again on the 25th of April to get information and was told that it was in their processing center and I should recieve something by next week that they didnt have a tracking number yet. I asked the person I was talking to for a Phone Number or address for Spectra Financial Service and was told they didnt have that Information. WHO DOES.
It is my intention to contact MasterCard to see exactly who they allow sell their product. Any other suggestions I certainly welcome them.
