She is very rude to everyone and used the wrong balance owed on the account from the start to the end which I paid the orginal balance owed. She could clearly see that there was a dispute in this case; and proceded collecting for a advertiser that did not perform what they stated they would do. This was a $6000.00 ad so it was not taken lightly by our company in deciding to do this advertising. When we did not get the advertising exposure we were promised by the company, it became very difficult to deal with them in a account reduction. They advertising I was promised was far far what we got. For $6000.00 we got a return of maybe $217.80 from Guest Informate. They upon us compaining immediate turned us to the Marcus & Partners for colletion. What a great team they have!
