These terrible companies took all of disabled Plaintiff's (ME) Retroactive 2 years of Social Security Payments, disability checks & compensation checks. Mortgage paid 1995 = $149,000.00 Bankrupted plaintiffs, ruined credit violated HTC, HUD, Fair credit reported etc, etc., etc.
All the time promising "NO FOECLOSUREYOU CAN "BUY" BACK YOUR HOME!" IN state court promised "good faith negotiations" for sale kept legal information away from us... The same old ball of wax they have been doing for years... AND NEVER DID NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH.
