Litton Loan Servicing
Eric Hausman Of Steven Varano's Office Senior Citizen Scammed out of SS disobeys Court Orders Blocks Family's Full Redemption of over 185,000.00& 195,000.000 THEN BUYS HOME THEMSELVES/CLIENT FOR $47,000.00 Houston - Totowa New Jersey

Sfgsenior disabled citizen scammed out of 149,000.00 of social security... Telling it was for mortgage payment... They took house anyway... Blocked right to redemption... Then litton loan via pledged properties iii llc of delaware, bought 47 country village rd, in jersey city, themselves for $47,818.00.

CONTI/FAIRBANNKS used the illegal fees and fines that the FTC/Hud settlement stated were illegal... Obtained an illegal sheriff's sale.

At the sale refused to tell family what was owed... And continued to refuse for YEARS after.

While under court orders from Superior Court Judge Olivieri, of Hudson County Jersey City, NJ to "NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH" they continued to refuse to supply family with both repayment amount AND the necessary paperwork to complete a mortgage.

THEY are in the mortgage busines... They knew a committment letter could not be obtained until a contract or agreement was reached. Refused. Through Eric Hausman of Steven Varano's office in Totowa NJ to supply this paperwork. Also refused through A. ZACHARDA OF Stern Leventhall Frankenberg & Nagaard Office of Eisenhower PKWY in Livingston NJ. To supply the paperwork. STATED THAT THEY WOULD PUT NOTHING IN WRITING UNTIL A COMMITMENT LETTER WAS OBTAINED.

The lawyer we had at the time (Ed David of Clifton NJ) said we have to go in to tell the judge BUT even though we had given him between 6000-100000 & were paying him as much as we could monthly. All of a sudden he would not go in with us until we paid another 7-10,000.00 which we could not do but were paying him for over a year as much as we could monthly he refused to go into court with us...

I do not know what they (Litton Loan Servicing or Ed David) told Judge Olivieri but his decision was..."I can't make them sell you the home" really refusing to make them honor the NJ statute of "Right to Redemption"... Let them evict us...

This Case ran From Sept July & has been in appeal ever since.

Litton Loan Servicing, while under Judge Olivieri'd Orders of "good faith negotiations" and refusing to supply the necessary paperwork went & purchased the house.

Deed is dated may 19 sold to pledged property iii, llc
whose address is c/o litton loan servicing, lp 4828 loop central drive houston texas 77081

This was not discovered until September 20.

I didn't think that this was legal but it was done so while Litton loan was blocking the RIGHT TO REDEMPTION and refusing offers of $185,000, 000 & $195,000.00 they went in & either purchased in their name or for another client at $47,818.00. THIS while Conti Mortgage was in Federal Bankruptcy Court claiming that they were trying to get as much for their properties as possible... What about Manufacturers Traders & Trust weren't they suppose to be overseeing these transaction?

They have now sold the house to an investor named Gavriel Alexanders who claims more property then is on the family's survey.
A little triangle piece is left for 45 Country Village Road in Jersey City. This investor has come in and claimed at least 10 feet of the property. Barring the family access to a property they have owned for 37 yrears... Destroying a physical therapy pool & preventing the family access to a vehicle that was being prepared for the handicapped senior citizen. Physically threw the disabled senior off of her property & continues to bar her entrance onto the property. So it goes on & on & on & on...

They have got to be stopped

Family is doing a protest in front of 45 Country Village Road but they need support calls need to go to media & TV & all local papers... Petition needs to be signed. NJ Senators Corzinne & Lautenberg and all senators need to put pressure on FTC 7 HUD,

Call your sentators GO TO THEIR OFFICE WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS nothing will be done without public pressure & senators' pressure on FTC HUD

We ask your support and calls to the media we can't call once seems they have to be called again and again!!!

Thanks everyone & if you need help let us know we will call your senators we will call & support you we should form some type of non-profit organization for our mutual help the class action suit did NOTHING!!!
