This company will call you saying that they will send you a mastercard with a $2500.00 limit and it will cost you $369.00. They told us they would fed-ex the card before the withdrawal date and we could transfer funds. They took the money and never sent us a card.
We called and one minute the customer service manager is there, then he is on vacation, then he is there again. No consistency. They say they will give you a refund, but after like 12 weeks. The one they said was a customer service manager was called Ronnie. They won't give you last names and barely gave us a company name.
You go to the website and the company is something else and says they have nothing to do with credit cards or travel promotions. Don't believe anything out of their mouths. They wouldn't even give me to the customer service manager or who is above that, said there was no one there overseeing the CSRs.
I can't believe they get away with this. They rip off tons of people and are still in business. Is anyone we report this stuff to actually going to try and get these people?
We started talking to them, but we hung up after husband gave them account #. They took the money anyways and we got nothing. We really weren't interested, but willing to listen, instead they used our checking number with no routing number or bank card and made an ACC transfer.
Even the bank said they can easily get our routing numbers and that all they need is the account number.
I have contacted several people. The Better business bureau, FCC, FBI, local law, bank, and working on others.
Stay clear of these crooks and BEWARE!!!
