These people started off being a good company until we started having problems with our finances. Then they began to harass us daily. I stopped answering the phone or returning calls because they were rude, and I had to talk to a different person every time and was never told the same thing twice. One day some arrangement would be OK, and then the next day a different person would tell me it wasn't acceptable.
We talked to Alonzo, and he made satisfactory arrangements with us. Then a few days later (3/8) "Don" called, not leaving his last name, but his extension was 17437, at the above phone number. He was rude to my husband and made him angry, and my husband never gets angry. He said we would not be able to make any more payments because the company would most likely return them to us, even though they took the one we sent in February. They would not take the one I was going to send at the end of this month. He told my husband "the papers would be in our hands in two days" and slammed the phone down.
I am at the point now where I don't care if they take the house. We have fought 29 years to keep it, but it just isn't worth going through this mess with these people every day of the month.
