Uncooperative, hard to contact, and would rather trash your credit than resolve the account

This company is difficult to reach and practices scandalous methods. Please, Please, if you have encountered as much difficulty as I have with this firm report them to the FTC and your attorney General's office. They have not contacted me after I have called, sent certified letters etc. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau yet they reported the account to Experian dropping my score from 661 to 589 which now prevents me from getting my mortgage.
