Won't admit fault, charging fees for nothing. Ripoff

After years of dealing with how poor this bank runs I've finally had enough.

Several times I made deposits only to find that a certain employee had not made the deposit correctly so there were no funds in my account. I would go into the bank sevral days after making the deposit to find out why it had not gone through only to find my paycheck still sitting on their counter!

Last year I had an unauthorized charge on my checking account. I had not been using the account because of all the problems I was having with them so there was very little money in the account. I received a call from a lady named Piper, she informed me of the charge and that my account was overdrawn. I informed her that I had not made any purchases and that the charge was unauthorized. She said she would take care of it.
Several days later I received an overdraft notice from the bank.

I then called the manager, a Mrs. Cook. She was of no help. This bank let the same company try to charge to my account another 5 times. The company got no money but the bank charged me $20.00 for each charge. This is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. They have put me on the chex systems to prevent me from opening another checking account.

I should charge them for the problems I had while on vacation only to find that my checks had not been deposited.

I have written letters and have received no resolution to the problem wich is mostly Mrs. Cook. It seems that she thinks her branch is perfect while I can guarantee you it is not.

My next step is a lawsuit to have my name removed from the chex systems.
