I am reporting this as a scam because two days ago I saw that this company had debited $39.96 directly from my bank account. I have never even heard of this company before I saw that on my checking account. I have never applied for credit with them or anything!
I immediately looked up the info in the internet and called my bank. They are going to investigate. I also found this website with all of these complaints.
I called Randy at his home and discussed this whole mess with him. He was very very rude, threatening and cocky about the whole situation! I have never been treated so horribly by someone who I didn't even know!
After we argued for a very long time about me not even applying for credit he said that he would immediately put the $39.96 back into my bank account and we would no longer do business together. Thank heavens!
However to my dismay I woke up this morning, checked my bank account and saw that Randy had decided instead of giving my money back he would take more!!! He debited another 39.96 from me!!! That's nearly 80 dollars and I have never even filled out their application! So of course I called and Randy told me that he had put the first 39.96 back and it would take a couple of days to process. He also said that "someone else" had stole all my information and must be trying to get credit through them! He said he can't do anything about the fees that have been charged! I mentioned to Randy about these reports on here and he claimed that these were reports written by customers who refused to pay their bills to circuit micro and nothing more! He also said he has thousands of customers and fifty or so complaining will not shut him down!!! So finally I told him i was going to talk to my lawyer and file charges with the police because of his threatening, and he said he would refund the other 39.96 to me too, that i would receive it in a few days! We'll see I guess!
But I recommend to anyone wanting to do business with this jerk, make sure you read everything written here first! It will be worth you while! Especially since he is taking money from people who haven't even applied for an account with him!
SCAM SCAM SCAM! I can't say it enough!
