I to had my home mortgage with UC lending my first payment had not even come due and it was sold to EMC and thats when it all started from the first payment due i got letters that said i was in forecloser to keep my home send 2,000 dollars by quick collect so i did this and EMC said i now had a forberance agreement and my payment went up 100.00 a mounth for a year well about two or three mounths after the year was up. They did it again so i sent them the money again and had to pay 100.00 dollars more on the mounth. Well this time i payed it for awhile and one day i get a letter that said i was in forcloser. So i called and got the run around time after time so one day i called and talk to some guy, i told him i wanted to speak to the manager he then told me that this was not a matter for the manager to handle. I said i want to speak to the manager now a he hung up on me. So we found anouther house for me my wife and four kids and moved.
Well a few mounths latter i get a letter from EMC that said i could sell the house for a short sale so i got in contact with a locale guy that buys houses he called them. Made a offer and they took it so we did the paper work and he closed on the home. Well that has been a year almost fore starters they turned me in to the credit bur, that they forclosed and sold the land and home when i was the one that sold it to keep from getting the forcloser. Ps also they sent the buyer the wrong title to the moble home so it is still in my name but they did send him the wright deed to the land so now i have to call him and have him come and get the taxes on the home becase it is still in my name so all of you that deal with EMC beware of the sort sale that they offe
