To get out from under OCWEN, can any body help us?
My HUD loan was given to Ocwen too, and have had the same problems all the other postings have had. Except, so far, knock on wood, I still have my home.
I get something in the mail EVERYDAY from these people. Now, for the first time in 2 years when I received my monthly statement to send in with my payment, there is an amount on there, if the payment is not received by the 17th, pay this amount. At first it really scared me. I wasn't late, didn't know what was going on, given their OCWEN's reputation. After reading it closer, I was ok. But you know, that number should have been on all the statements for the past 4 yrs. So, why all of a sudden are they starting it now? What gives?
Back to my original question, Does any one know how we can get out from under this company? Somebody, have a heart and get us out!!!
